Business + implementation + code
I didn’t start in code: I began in design and communication, moved into content and brand management, and ended up implementing eCommerce end to end. That mix is why I understand the client’s business before I touch a single line. And I never stopped learning: I picked up everything technical on my own, and today I work with AI agents daily.
I don’t just configure platforms. I listen to what the business needs, spot where the platform falls short and define the fix: a custom Shopify app, a theme from scratch on Horizon, a PrestaShop module or an automation. If it doesn’t exist, I build it.
And I drive adoption. I train SMB owners and their teams to run their store autonomously, without depending on external support for every change.

Mar 2021 — present · 5 yr 6 moI implement eCommerce for B2B and B2C companies: wholesalers and distributors, and brands selling direct to consumers. I combine project management, functional analysis, technical implementation and training. I gather requirements with the client, back the designer on technical feasibility, build the prototype into a real store and validate every feature before go-live.
